Wizards are masters of the arcane. Their spell-casting ability is derived from their own minds and is not reliant upon the favour of a deity. Some see this as unnatural, but the wizards and the healers reached an agreement of mutual cooperation when it was discovered that the lands were dying.

The wizards have since earned trust and are now as revered as the healers. They have been instrumental in fighting against the evils that plague the lands. There is an upper limit as to how many spells may be learned.

Arch mage

Casters of all types of magic, arch mages can learn any spell craft if they can obtain the books. Their greatest advantage is that they are unbound to a single type of magic. This can make them very powerful over time. Powerful, that is, in terms of versatility.

Summoner

Summoners don't do a lot of fighting. Instead, they summon beasts or monsters to fight for them. Evil summoners are not above summoning demons and are often foes for the heroes to face.

Elementalist

Elementalists cast spells that originate in the environment around them. Air, earth, fire and water are their domain. These elements can be manipulated into amazing feats of magic. It is common for elementalists to be fluent in only one, or perhaps two elements.

These elements can be mixed, but not with opposites (air/earth and fire/water are prohibited).
